Maintenance Work Order Continuation Sheet (Duplicating) - MOD Form 707BE(Route)

1. General. The MOD Form 707B(IS)(Route) and MOD Form 707BE(Route) are used to record work carried out on an aircraft operating away from its Main Operating

Base (MOB), where the record of work is to be returned to the MOB by means outside of MOD control eg by post through a Handling Agent at a civilian airfield. The

forms use a carbon top sheet (marked ‘ORIGINAL’) to generate a copy (marked ‘DUPLICATE FORM’) and are to be compiled in BLACK ink ball-point pen to ensure

that a good copy is made on the duplicate form. The original is for return to the MOB iaw MAP-01 Chapter 7.2.1 and the duplicate may be carried in the aircraft.

2. Use of the MOD Form 707B(IS)(Route). The MOD Form 707B(IS)(Route) is to be used as a direct replacement for the front sheet of a MOD Form 707B(IS) and is

to be completed iaw the relevent parts of MOD Form 799/5A(IS). After completion of Block 4, the Maintenance Work Order (MWO) Co-ordinator is to separate the two

sheets, ensure that a good copy has been made on the duplicate forms and attach them to their corresponding parts of the MOD Form 707BE(Route) to form an original

and duplicate MWO. The original is to be returned to the MOB iaw MAP-01 Chapter 7.2.1 and the duplicate may be carried in the aircraft and passed to the unit’s

documentation organization for use should the original be lost.

3. Use of the MOD Form 707BE(Route). The MOD Form 707BE(Route) is to be used as a direct replacement for the rear of a MOD Form 707B(IS) and MOD Form

707BE as required. After completion of the MOD Form 707BE(Route), the MWO Co-ordinator is to separate the two sheets, ensure that a good copy has been made
