The GRANTEE specifically understands and agrees that the property herein granted is subject to a covenant wherein the grantee agrees to protect and

manage the property as open space preserve which is made part of the City of San Diego Multiple Species Conservation Program (MSCP). The property is

subject to all covenants and restrictions placed upon lands within the MSCP area and only those development activities consistent with the management,

protection, study and preservation of the property’s natural native biotic community are permitted.
