Please Note:
One application per adult over 18 years who will be residing at the property
Leases are required to be signed within 24 hours of approval
Bond to paid in full via BANK CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER payable to the
RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES BOND AUTHORITY within 24 hours of approval
First month’s rent to be paid in full via BANK CHEQUE or MONEY ORDER within 24
hours of approval payable to the RAY WHITE CARRUM DOWNS.
On submitting this application, you hereby agree to pay your continuing rent by
Payment Gateway. This can be done over the internet via b-pay, telephone, post
office or direct debit (A small fee applies to each transaction).
