The offeror shall indicate below whether award of the contemplated contract would, in

accordance with subparagraph (a)(3) of the Cost Accounting Standards clause, require a

change in established cost accounting practices affecting existing contracts and subcontracts.

IV. INDEMNIFICATION

Offeror shall indemnify and hold Sikorsky Aircraft harmless from and against any loss or damage

resulting from of a determination by a Contracting Officer or other authorized representative of the

United States Government that Offeror has not complied with an applicable regulations of the Cost

Accounting Standards Board or has failed to follow consistently any cost accounting practice.
