SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Over 150 clinical massage practice hours; provided more than 200 massage therapy
treatments to clients of diverse backgrounds
Demonstrated skills in sports massage, Swedish techniques and other complementary
therapies commonly offered in fitness clinics including Reflexology and hydrotherapy
Knowledge of physiology, muscular attachments and muscle groups
Treatment of clients with a variety of conditions such as strains, sprains, tendonitis,
sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries and pregnancy
Experience in client-focused positions with strong interpersonal and communication
skills necessary for successful therapeutic relationships
Awareness of and sensitivity to cross-cultural communications requirements and to the
needs of a diverse clientele
Knowledge of fitness facility operations, treatments and services
Self-starter with solid business/entrepreneurial skills
