TERMS OF APPLICATION

I/We confirm that the information supplied by me/us is correct.

In consideration of your agreement to grant me/us credit, a Credit account will be opened

on the strict understanding that payment will be made in accordance with your stated

terms and conditions and that we will pay our invoices by the due dates.

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in immediate closure of the

credit account, and that no further goods or services shall be supplied to me/us unless this

is done.

We agree that if the account is overdue , low services interest of 2% per month will

be charged on the overdue amount from the original date of the relevant invoices.

I / We agree to the above mentioned terms of credit applicant and understand that

Carrier Rental Systems Asia Pte Ltd reserves the right to withdraw this credit facility at

its sole discretion.
