DISCUSSION: Under ideal circumstances, it is best for all the Parties to sign the same original

document to have absolute certainty that it understands the agreement it is biding itself to.

However this clause contemplates the possibility that the Parties may prefer to sign the

Agreement in counterparts for reasons of expediency and convenience. It expressly states that

the Parties have agreed that such form of execution will be considered valid and binding as if

they had all signed the same document.
