Halloween Pumpkin Carving Contest

It’s that time of year again to let your family get out the carving

knives and let your imagination go wild! Oneida’s fourth annual family

pumpkin carving contest will be held the week of October 31

Families are invited to submit one entry only to be judged. There will

be prizes awarded for each category. The winners will be announced during October’s Spirit Assembly.

Carve your pumpkin or dress it up and enter it under one of these categories:

Spooky Halloween Scene or Design

TV or Movie Character

Entry Rules and Regulations:

Pumpkins can be dropped off in Ms. McKelvey’s room on Wednesday October 29

after 8:25 am until

3:30pm. Please make sure that when you drop your pumpkin off, you filled out a tag with your name and

teacher’s name and category that you are entering your pumpkin in. We are asking that you submit only

one entry per family. Please attach the tag to your pumpkin.

Judging will take place on Thursday, October 30

by Oneida’s professional judging team. Winners will be

announced during the October Spirit Assembly. One prize will be awarded for each category.

Please pick up pumpkins on Friday, October 31

by 3:30pm.
