Afghanistan, to act as my / our special attorney for the

purpose of the registration, renewal, amendment, cancellation

and/or assignment of the trademarks belonging to me/us – or

–

those which I have a legitimate interest on - in Afghanistan;

and to record any subsequent change in the same including –

without limitation – recordal of licence, merger and/or

changes of status, address and/or owner.

hereby

request

that

all

notices,

requisitions,

communications and certificates relating to the subject-matter

hereof be served to the above said Agent(s) at the given

address, which is also hereby declared to be my / our address

for the purposes hereof, or any other address the appointed

Agent herein may specify.

I/We hereby undertake to give notice to the department(s)

concerned of any change in my/ our address during the

period of protection.

I/We hereby authorize the said Agent(s) to appoint a

substitute or substitutes to implement any of the matters or

powers herein granted, to alter and amend any documents, to

maintain the subject matter hereof in force, to defend my/our

rights against oppositions and legal proceedings, to deposit

oppositions on my/ our behalf and represent me/us in the

same, to appoint lawyers and/or any intellectual property

agent(s) in a form allowed under the applicable laws to

represent me/us and/or defend my/our rights before any court

and/or administrative reference. I/We hereby confirm and

ratify whatsoever the said Agent(s), their substitute(s), may

lawfully do.
