shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
premises.
THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED BY PHYSICAL
DISABILITY OR MENTAL INCOMPETENCE OF THE PRINCIPAL WHICH
