Violation of the Stalking Order
VIOLATION OF A STALKING PROTECTIVE ORDER, TEMPORARY OR FINAL, IS A CRIME. The
crime is a Class A Misdemeanor, but if you have a prior conviction for Stalking or Violating a Stalking
Protective Order, a violation is a Class C Felony.
