The Seller acknowledges receipt of $________________ in the form of

____________________, from the Buyer as full and complete payment for the purchase of the

above mentioned vehicle, which is being sold-as-is.

The mileage on the vehicle at the time of sale is: _______________________ and the Seller

hereby states that the odometer reading is the actual logged mileage.

The Seller grants, sells and transfers full ownership of the above mentioned vehicle to the

Buyer. The Seller certifies that the vehicle at the time of sale has no taxes, fees and or liens due

on it and that the Seller will be held fully responsible for any unlawful claims and demand with

respect to the above mentioned vehicle.

The Buyer hereby fully accepts any and all liability for the vehicle, damages, and also any third

party liability that may be incurred from the vehicle use on the date of Sale.

If need be, the Seller will make arrangements for the delivery of the vehicle title from the lien

holder to the Buyer immediately.
