3. Writing Decimals as Fraction
Rule for Changing a Terminating Decimal to a Fraction:
1. Write the digit to the left of the decimal point as the integer of the fraction.
1. Write the digits to the right of the decimal point as the numerator of the fraction.
2. The denominator is a 1 followed by as many zeros as there are decimal digits in the decimal.
3. Reduce the fraction.
