The license granted hereunder is a revocable license and Licensor shall have the option, at any time,

to terminate this Agreement upon notice to the Licensee or immediately and without notice. Upon such

termination, Licensee agrees to immediately discontinue the use of the Licensed Area. Upon any such

termination, Licensor shall have the right to remove Licensee’s property and/or equipment at Licensee’s

expense, if Licensee fails to promptly remove same.

This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original

and all of which, taken together, will constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of executed

counterparts by facsimile or electronic mail will hold the same force and effect as original signatures

for purposes of binding the parties to this Agreement.
