ICAN CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

This Services Agreement, once signed, forms part of the Deed of Agreement (‘Agreement’)

between the Minister for Education and the Provider for the provision of Services to the

Department for Education and Child Development (DECD) students.

The terms and conditions contained in the Agreement commencing on 28 February 2015 between the Minister for Education and Child

Development and the Provider for the provision of Services to DECD students including without limitation clauses 27 and 28, in relation to

Suitability of Persons, are, where relevant, incorporated into a Services Agreement with the Provider, which Services Agreement must contain

the following information and must be signed by authorised representatives of both parties.

Communities and Social Inclusion and has completed the appropriate Responding to Abuse
