The Trillium Health Partners Foundation can provide support to your event in a variety of ways. Please check below the

ways you would like our support:

Provide resources – templates for budget, logistics, recruitment of volunteers

Use of Trillium Health Partners Foundation logo

All materials with THPF name or logo on it must be pre-approved by the THPF.

Use of online fundraising system

If selected, please note that 100% of donations made online will go towards the specific area that you are

supporting. Trillium Health Partners Foundation cannot return any of these funds to the event organizer for event

expenses.

Endorsement Letter

When soliciting donations, many companies will require a letter from the Foundation that acknowledges that your

event is raising money for Trillium Health Partners.

Foundation representative to speak or assist at the event

Guest attendees from Trillium Health Partners and THPF will receive complimentary tickets or admission when

events our staff time is limited)

Issue tax receipts for event donations

Tax receipts are issued in accordance with CRA guidelines and must be pre-approved by the Trillium Health

Partners Foundation

Proceeds from this event will be directed to Trillium Health Partners or to a specific area at the hospital as agreed

upon by the event organizer and THPF.

All information shared and transferred from THPF to you shall be used solely for the purpose of this event.
