ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

I have received, read and understand the conditions of this Agreement, which places

my removal action in abeyance for up to 12 months as long as I meet requirements

that are contained herein. I also acknowledge that if I fail to comply with all of the

terms and conditions of this Agreement; I may be removed from my federal

technician position as determined in the original decision letter.
