V. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS MUTUALLY AGREED UPON BY THE SCHOOL FOOD

A. The SFA may wish to negotiate with the Caterer to provide a nutrient analysis of meals served to

students; this is optional. However, the SFA is responsible for producing a nutrient analysis of meals

served to students using USDA approved nutrient analysis software.
