As Constructed Certification By Surveyor

1AS CONSTRUCTED CERTIFICATION
CERTIFIED SURVEYORS
This As-Constructed Certification must be completed, signed and forwarded with a
set of hard copy as-constructed drawings and also D-Spec digital data files in
CD/DVD-ROM or USB Thumbdrive to the City.
Upon completion of all construction works, an as-constructed survey is required to be
undertaken by a certified surveyor to record information of all drainage, in
accordance with current D-Spec standards and be related to the title/property
boundaries abutting the road reserve.
The CD/DVD is to be labelled in accordance with documentation in D-Spec
A statement of compliance will be issued once the as-constructed hard copy and the
data collected in accordance with current D-Spec formats, have been accepted by
the City.
