These rates will be updated on a monthly basis to include newly purchased equipment

Note: The above rates become effective for February 2000 business.

Invoices will be due and payable net thirty (30) days from the invoice date. All late

payments will be subject to a charge of 1.50% per month on the unpaid balance.
