The Court Clerk will arrange to have the Notice published for you. There is a publication deposit

charge of $25.00. this fee is set by law (28 O.S. §156). If the publication costs are les than

$25.00 you will receive a refund of the unused portion of that amount.

In addition to the fee, you will be required to complete the publication form listed below.

After the legal notice is published, send a copy of the notice and the Affidavit of Publication for
