In return for the privilege of entering upon private property to hunt, I agree

to adhere to the laws, to observe all safety precautions and practices, to take

every precaution against fire, and property damage and to assume all

responsibility and liability for my person and my property while on the

landowner's property. I also agree to hunt in an ethical way by abiding by

the game laws of the state of Illinois.

Note: A landowner is NOT liable for injuries to anglers, hunters, trappers, campers,

snowmobilers, motorcyclists or other recreational users who use the this land if a fee is

not charged and if the injuries were not caused by the gross negligence or willful

misconduct of the landowner.
