A record of PTA volunteer hours is extremely important for our school to retain tax-

exempt status for fundraisers and to qualify for awards such as the Distinguished

School Award as well as any special grants our district may choose to pursue! Please

record all the hours you spend supporting PTA projects and activities on and off

campus…in classrooms, meetings, on field trips, or paper/computer/phone work at home.
