Applicant must pay rental in advance on a quarterly basis (1 quarter is equivalent to 3 months)

The Residence Management will try to accommodate special requests wherever possible subject to the availability of rooms. However, THE
FULFILLMENT OF SUCH REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Applicants who are unsuccessful in securing their preferred room type will
be offered the next best alternative.

By signing the document, I understand and fully agree:
that my application will be rejected, or my tenancy agreement will be nullified if I provide false information or fail to disclose pertinent
medical and other relevant information
that the Application Fee of MYR500.00 is non-refundable in the event that I fail to take up the accommodation for whatsoever reason
that the non-refundable Application Fee of MYR500.00, if I check-in will be taken towards payment of Processing Fee MYR300.00 and
balance towards partial rental amounting to RM200.00
to accept and pay the current rates of residence rental on a quarterly basis (1 quarter is equivalent to 3 months).
to update the Residence Management immediately upon any change(s) to my personal and/or parents’/guardians’ details
that the Residence Management reserves the right to vary the rental rates or any other rates and any of the terms and conditions stipulated
herein or in the Residence Rules and Regulations as and when it deems fit.
