3returning the items. The Seller will then have ten business days from the return of the
unacceptable items to remedy such defects as found under the terms of this Sales Agreement.
There are no other promises or conditions in any other agreements whether oral or written.
This Sales Agreement hereby contains the entire agreement between the above listed Buyer
and Seller.
Applicable Law
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of __________ in __________
County and any applicable Federal Law.
