BALANCE DUE. The Court may require you to produce your records in the event that an objection is
filed to the garnishment or Answer of Garnishee.
When the judgment has been paid in full, please file:

Judgment Creditor - person to whom money is owed
Judgment Debtor – person who owes money
Litigant – person who is participating in a legal action
Clerk – Clerk of the District Court
Garnishee – person, company or bank that may hold money belonging to the judgment debtor
