Any and all other laws, regulations and ordinances, and causes of action, including third
party actions, arising out of, occasioned by, or in connection with any obligations of
either party arising out of this Agreement, including without limitation those arising from
products or services (professional or otherwise) produced or provided by the leased
employees; and
