Dispute Reasons : (Tick The Appropriate)
Important Note
• To dispute any transaction, please intimate us within 60 days from the transaction date, else the charges will be confirmed as valid.
• To prevent further misuse for any unauthorized transaction kindly contact our Telephone Banking numbers to have your card blocked and replaced with a new card.
• Please attach your entry and exit copies of your passport with QID for any Unauthorized Overseas transaction disputes.
• On receipt of your duly filled in Dispute form, upon Bank’s discretion we would require a minimum of 45-90 working days to investigate.
'Post Investigation the bank will call and keep you posted on the status of the dispute. Appreciate your patience and looking forward to serve you
