General agreement
1. A $300 non-refundable deposit and signed agreement is required upon confirmation of your event if the event is Sunday thru
Thursday. A $500 non-refundable deposit and signed agreement is required upon confirmation of your event if the event is on
Friday or Saturday. For luncheons Monday thru Friday with event ending before 4 p.m. a $100 non-refundable deposit and signed
agreement is required upon confirmation of event.
For the outside pavilion a $1000.00 non-refundable deposit and signed
agreement is required upon confirmation of event. Deposits will be directly applied toward your ending charges.
Note: No reservation is firm until deposit and signed agreement is received.
3. A complete menu selection and estimated guest count is required 10 days before event.
If estimated food and beverage cost is less than Minimum Purchase Amount, a prepayment of the full Minimum Purchase Amount

is required 30 days before event.
Cash Bar cannot apply toward Minimum Purchase Amount.
5. A guaranteed final guest count is required 10 days before event. If a final guest count is not received, the originally estimated
number of guests will be used as the guaranteed number. If the number of attending guests exceeds the final guest count, billing
will be based on the number attending. Note: If final guest count is for 30 people and only 25 attend, payment is still based on the
final 30 count.
6. All rental fees, prepayments and deposits are to be made no less than 30 days before event. Please pay by cash or by check made
payable to Kreimer’s Bier Haus. Deposit and signed agreement may be mailed to Kreimer`s Bier Haus

7. Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.
8. All prices are guaranteed for 30 days. Prices are subject to 8% increase 12 months after date of quote or 12% increase 18 months
after quote. Prices quoted do not include gratuity and Ohio sales tax.
9. All functions are 4 hours in length. This is within the business hours of 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., 7 days a week. If function lasts
longer than 4 hours, a $50.00 charge will be applied for every ½ hour over the scheduled time.
10. Event space is noted on your agreement and is assigned based on your estimated guest count. Kreimer’s reserves the right to
reassign event space to provide more suitable accommodations for our guests.
11. The customer agrees to accept responsibility for any damages done to the rental space or any other property of the Bier Haus prior
to, during or following the event. The Bier Haus does not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or
articles left in the Bier Haus prior to, during or following the event. Decorating times and guidelines can be discussed with your event
coordinator.
