MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

The parties stipulate this cause may be tried as an uncontested matter. Each party enters into

this waiver knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily, and understands that this waiver does not limit

the legal disclosure obligations of the parties.

Each party declares that they have completed and served on the other party a Preliminary

Declaration of Disclosure -Judicial Council Form (FL-140) in compliance with Family Code section

2104.

Service of the Final Declaration of Disclosure is waived under Family Law Code Section

2105 (d). Each of us declares under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that

the information contained in these paragraph(s) 7, 8, & 9, are true and correct.

Pursuant to Government Code Section 70671, no filing fee shall be required because it is

intended that this marital settlement agreement shall be incorporated into the decree of dissolution of

marriage.
