environment.

This survey is part of the New Brunswick government’s Wage Gap Reduction Initiative. Research shows that
because the wage gap directly impacts on the province’s productivity, it is an economic matter. This survey
is designed to identify specific areas that could be negatively affecting productivity in your workplace, such
as high turnover and absenteeism.
With this information, employers can implement new policies and initiatives that will not only improve
productivity and the workplace environment, but also directly address a key cause of the wage gap – the
