Equipment Loan Agreement
Equipment may be loaned to employees or students for DISTRICT ASSIGNED PROJECTS OR
TASKS ONLY. Loan agreements must be approved by a Department Director or Principal. A
copy of the completely loan agreement form must be forwarded to Property Management.
If loaned items are lost, stolen, or in need of repair upon return, the employee or student
(parent/guardian) will be held financially responsible for replacement or repair.
Use of equipment for non-district assigned tasks must be approved by the Superintendent of
Governing Board in accordance with Governing Board Policy EDC.
