Public or Deputy of Clerk of Court and return to save the cost of service of process.
By signing the Acceptance, you still have to right to object to the terms of the divorce. But to do so,
you must file a written Response with the Court, and you must do so within 20 days of signing the
Acceptance if you sign in the State of Arizona, or within 30 days of signing the Acceptance if you
sign outside the State of Arizona.
