Activity Conversion Chart
Use this conversion chart to determine the number of steps for activities other
than walking. Multiply the number of minutes you participated in the activity by
the number indicated in the chart.
For example: If you participated in low impact aerobics for 20 minutes that
would equal 2,920 steps (20 x 146 = 2,920).
