What is the Application process?

The attached application form needs to be completed and submitted by August 31

2014 at the latest to

enable time for funding to be distributed within the WorkSafe AFL Victoria Country financial year.

Applications should not be made until a league competes in a Subway Junior Carnival.

Each application needs to be accompanied by a league invoice made out to ‘WorkSafe AFL

Victoria Country’ for the amount of $250.
