77This Agreement may be executed by the Parties in separate counterparts each of which
when so executed and delivered shall be an original, but all such counterparts shall
together constitute one and the same instrument.
10.15
Interest
Any amount properly due and payable to a Party pursuant to this Agreement and
remaining unpaid after the date when payment was due and payable shall bear interest,
such interest to accrue from day to day at a rate equal to two percentage points above the
State Bank of India’s prevailing prime lending rate for rupee loans, from the date when
payment was due and payable until the amount due is actually received by the payee.
