Player & Parent Agreement

Players agree to:

□ Be teachable. Practice good habits and fundamentals even when no one is watching.

□ Have a positive attitude. Leaders do not make excuses!

□ Work hard 100% of the time.

□ Be respectful to coaches, teammates, referees, parents, and opposing teams.

□ Be a good teammate. Encourage and cheer for your team.

Parents agree to:

□ Be respectful to coaches, players, referees, and opposing teams.

□ Cheer positively for all players and model classy behavior.

□ Refrain from being sideline coaches at practices or games. Your child needs you to simply love

watching them play.

□ Get player to practices and games on time.

□ Communicate with coaches in a positive manner.

□ Commit to all games and practices unless there is an unavoidable event. In such cases, please let

coaches know as far in advance as possible.

In the event that a player and/or parent does not abide by our league’s player and parent

agreements, the league reserves the right to dismiss a player from a team prior to the end of

the season. The player forfeits any monies paid towards league fees. The uniform is the play-

er’s to keep once purchased.
