2. I acknowledge that Football Federation Australia may take disciplinary action against me, if I breach the code
of ethics.
3. I understand that Football Federation Australia is required to implement a complaint handling procedure in
accordance with the principles of natural justice, in the event of an allegation against me.
4. I acknowledge that disciplinary action against me may include de-registration from Football Federation
Australia ‘s Coach Licence Registration and the National Coaching Accreditation Scheme.
