5. Paying your deposit

It is an Australian visa requirement that you (and your family) have health cover while in Australia

I understand and accept the offer made to me by Monash University and that my enrolment in Monash University will be governed by the conditions set

out in the Offer Statement sent to me, the information set out in the refund policy and the other documentation included in this offer kit. I also understand

and accept that the University reserves the right to make changes to these conditions provided that it gives me three months notice of the changes in

writing to my home address registered with the University at the time the notice is given. Furthermore, if credit/advanced standing has been offered,

I accept this offer as outlined. Information is collected on this form and during your enrolment in order to meet our obligations under the ESOS Act and

the National Code 2007; to ensure student compliance with the conditions of their visas and their obligations under Australian immigration laws generally.
