USE OF THIS FORM IS RESTRICTED TO ON-LINE DEALER AUCTION STAFF AND AUTHORIZED TITLE
PROVIDERS
This form is to be used ONLY to release an electronic lien, and ONLY when the vehicle is owned by a
licensed PA dealer who is offering the vehicle for sale at a PA dealer auction. The purpose of this
authorization is to allow a printed certificate of title to be given directly to the dealer named as owner on the
title when the vehicle is located at a dealer auction for the purpose of resale.
