DAILY Q.S.C. CHECKLIST
All items must be completed. Place your initials when item is completed.
File checklist when completed at the end of the day.

Sanitizer buckets (clean towels and solution)

Mop sink (clean, organized)
Nitrous/Helium tanks at proper levels, place order if in RED zone
Nitrous/Helium tanks OFF when not in use
BEVERAGE STATION
Espresso machine set up properly with sanitizing solution/towel
Purge/Wipe/Purge being practiced with every drink
Temp. of every drink taken prior to serving
Wand is wiped down after each drink is prepared
Cups, utensils, lids, etc. (stocked)
BAKERY
Triple Chocolate Cake on display during peak business hours
Freshness dates checked daily/Day Dot system used
Proper thawing procedures being followed
GRAB & GO COOLER
Set up properly with approved items
MISC.
Thermostat is correct and is not on "hold" or "fan on"
All marketing P.O.P. is correct and neat; i.e. receipt trailers,
"need a receipt", window/counter graphics
Moola cards, Key Club display stocked
