Please remember that the supervisor completing the evaluation for an intern should have been the direct
supervisor to that intern for the duration of the internship. If there was a change in supervisor at any time during
the internship, please email the department at purintern@jou.ufl.edu letting us know the reason for the change.
The evaluation letter must be addressed to Dr. Molleda (see below) and must be signed.
