URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY, a Colorado Urban Renewal Authority (“Grantee”), whose

address is P.O. Box 330061, 11701 Community Center Drive, Northglenn, CO 80233, the

following real property, in the County of Adams, and State of Colorado, to wit:

Lot 2, Block 1, a Resubdivision of Falkenburg Subdivision, City of Northglenn,

County of Adams, State of Colorado.

Together with a perpetual access easement described as follows:

The South 20.00 feet of the North 93.30 feet of the East 191.00 feet of Lot 1,

County of Adams, State of Colorado.
