In favour of BMW (SOUTH AFRICA) (Pty) Ltd (“BMW”)

WHEREAS I, the undersigned, ________________________________________________________, parent and/or

legal guardian of the minor child _____________________________________________, hereby agree that my child

attends a plant visit at BMW (the “Event”) at _________________________

on ____________________________ from _______________________________ to ______________.

NOW THEREFORE:

I confirm that my child’s participation in the Event and the related activities is entirely voluntary and I accept all risks

involved therein. Accordingly, BMW and/or any BMW employee shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or illness

of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused, suffered by me (to my person or property) or my child as a result, directly

or indirectly, of attending the Event and/or participating in the activities and BMW and/or any BMW employee shall not

be liable for any loss and/or damage (including indirect or consequential loss and/or damage) arising therefrom.

I hereby indemnify and hold BMW and/or any BMW employee harmless against all liabilities, claims, losses and

damages of whatsoever nature which BMW and/or any BMW employee and/or any other person may sustain as a result,

directly or indirectly, of having made the activities available to my child and/or of my child attending the Event and/or

participating in the activities, where such claims, losses and damages are caused by me or my child’s negligent or wilful

act or omission.
