In exchange for The Zone Fun Park permitting me the use of their Go-Kart equipment and facilities;

I agree to the following;

CONDITIONS

ALL JUNIOR KART RIDERS MUST BE AT LEAST 8YEARS OLD AND 130CM TALL

ALL SUPER KART RIDERS MUST BE AT LEAST 14YEARS OLD AND 160CM TALL

I Agree to the use of equipment, services and facilities provided on the following terms and conditions.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

1. I am aware that my use of The Zone’s equipment, services and facilities and, in particular, my use of Go Karts carries with

it additional dangers and risks of injury and I agree to accept all dangers and risks.

2. Except to the extent that I have non-excludable rights under the Trade Practices Act-1974-and so far as is permitted by law, I;

(1) agree to assume all risk arising out of my use of equipment, services and facilities provided by The Zone Fun Park;

(2) agree to release The Zone Fun Park from all liability no matter how it arises in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered

as a result of my use of Go Karts;

(3) agree to indemnify The Zone Fun Park in respect of any legal liability it may have to any third party which in anyway

arises from any use or attempted use by me of any Go Kart Equipment, services or utilities;

3. I agree to abide by all rules established by The Zone Fun Park regarding the use of the facilities and understand that such

use may be forbidden by Go Karts at any time for any reason at all;

4. I agree that if I do not abide by the required rules it will result in removal from the track with no refund.

ADULT CONSENT AND INDEMNITY WHERE USER IS UNDER 18

A. I am over 18 and I consent to the use by the above named person of The Zone Fun Park’s equipment, services and facilities

on the terms and conditions set out in the paragraphs above, which I have read and understood.

B. In exchange for The Zone Fun Park providing such equipment, services and facilities to the minor or to any third party which

in any way arises from any use or attempted use by the above named person of any equipment, services or facilities.

C. I sign this document on behalf of myself and the above named person.
