2. Credit Card/PayPal:
a. Complete the Utility Activation Form (Page 3) – mark payment by credit card & sign and date the form.
b. Email your completed forms to .
c. You will receive an invoice from PayPal via email using the following guidelines for the amount:

A 2.9% + $0.30 PayPal Processing Fee will be added to your total bill.
*An additional deposit may be required should the utility company require activation in A2Z’s name.
d. Follow the instructions on the emailed invoice to complete your credit card transaction.
e. A2Z will be automatically notified that the payment is complete.
STEP 3: Confirmation & Completion of De-Winterization
After receiving the forms and payment confirmation via email, A2Z will notify you via email that the de-winterization has
been scheduled. You will also be notified once completed. Please note that the de-winterization will NOT be scheduled
until we have received a copy of all forms, AND confirmation of receipt of funds from either our corporate office or from
PayPal.
STEP 4: Re-Winterization Request

If this request is being made October 1- March 31
, you must notify A2Z once the inspection is complete and email the
signed Utility Deactivation Form (page 4) to . The property will automatically be re-winterized 7 days
after the de-winterization even if the Deactivation Form is not submitted in a timely fashion.
Disclaimers:
If the property has a sump pump present, it is your responsibility to ensure that the electric is not shut off to the pump when
your inspection is complete. The breaker for the sump pump and the main breaker are the only breakers that should be left
on. Otherwise, all breakers must be left in the off position once the inspection is complete.
If the property’s electric, gas, and/or water meter is missing it is the BUYER’S responsibility to replace them if
electrical/gas/plumbing functionality is necessary for financing. A2Z and HUD will not be held liable for those costs to
replace the meters.
The selling agent, or their designated representative, must be present when all utilities are activated at the property AND
when the inspection is taking place.
