Notes for team:
1. Be sure to answer the questions "how will data be used?" & "how will data be displayed?" for EACH PERFORMANCE MEASURE.
2. After completing all columns for a potential measure, WE CAN SEE HOLES IN OUR DATA COLLECTION APPROACH THAT NEED
TO BE ADDRESSED BEFORE WE SPEND ANY MORE TIME, ENERGY, MONEY COLLECTING THE DATA.
3. "What's in it for us" = A completed data collection plan will allow us to quickly answer the vast majority of questions/challenges that people
will likely ask us in regards to our data displays & related learnings that may influence leadership decision-making at various levels.
4. Discussing "what analysis" and "what data display(s)" the Sponsor would like to do & see, should inform 'how will data/measure be used?'
& 'how will data be displayed?' and ensure that the answers are in alignment with sponsor's needs and expectations.
