CONSENT OF GUARANTOR
The undersigned, as the Guarantor of the obligations of Sublessor under the
Master Lease pursuant to that certain written guaranty dated __________________, 20__ (the
"Sublessor Guaranty"), whereby the undersigned guaranteed the obligations of the Sublessor as
tenant pursuant to Master Lease, hereby (a) consent(s) to the foregoing Consent and to the
Sublease attached hereto as Exhibit C and (b) agree(s) that the obligations of the undersigned
pursuant to the Sublessor Guaranty shall not be affected notwithstanding the execution and
delivery of the Sublease.
