18CONSENT OF GUARANTOR
The undersigned, as the Guarantor of the obligations of Sublessee under the
Sublease attached hereto as Exhibit C pursuant to that certain written guaranty dated
__________________, 20__ (the "Sublessee Guaranty"), whereby the undersigned guaranteed
the obligations of the Sublessee as tenant pursuant to the Sublease, hereby (a) consent(s) to the
foregoing Consent and the Master Lease and (b) agree(s) that the obligations of the undersigned
pursuant to the Sublessee Guaranty shall not be affected notwithstanding the execution and
delivery of the foregoing Consent.
