Event Conﬁrmation:

A conﬁrmation will be e-mailed within two business days following the event registration deadline date. If

there is no email address available, please indicate that you need the conﬁrmation mailed to you. The

conﬁrmation will include driving directions, arrival instructions and other information needed for event. If a

conﬁrmation has not been received within three days before the event date, please alert the council ofﬁce

so the information can be faxed or mailed.

Tagalongs — A tagalong is a child not registered in the troop, such as a sibling of any age. Tagalongs change the

dynamics of the event, which is not fair to the troop, other troops or the event facilitator. Tagalongs are not

permitted to attend events (unless otherwise indicated).

Be sure that Safety-Wise girl-adult ratio standards are met when registering for events.
